KI-WALL

Perimeter load-bearing wall panels made with EPS formwork pre-plastered in the factory with a metal reinforcement cage inserted. This allows the creation of seismic-resistant structural walls in reinforced concrete to be cast on site. The wall is the key to creating airtight buildings with very high energy performance.

KI-SLAB

Self-supporting EPS floor panel complete with two-dimensional trusses pre-inserted at the factory to guarantee self-support without the need for shuttering during the onsite pour. These are also pre-plastered in the factory in order to reduce work on site. The slab package thus formed guarantees high thermal and acoustic performance, reducing the installation times of the same and also the subsequent phases of partitioning and installation of the systems in the apartments. Since the Slab does not require shuttering, the partitions can be mounted while the concrete pour is still in the curing phase.

KI-WINDOW and KI-WINDOW BOX

High-performance windows, together with insulated monoblocks (Ki-Window box), contribute to the energy efficiency of the building. These two components can be supplied pre-assembled in order to reduce work on site and ensure correct installation and air tightness.

Positioned in the KI-Wall element it allows installation of both the wall and the windows in a single step. The subsequent pour will create structural solidity and thermal mass with a reduction in construction time by 40% compared to a traditional construction site.

The range of finishes, hardware and customisations of the Ki-Window element is large, while the Ki-Window Box element can be made to measure based on the different thicknesses of the perimeter walls.

KI-COMFORT CLIMA

The building envelope, created with the Ki-building system, guarantees high air tightness. This allows the power of the systems to be reduced and allows the use of a ducted fan coil system powered by an air/water heat pump for heating and cooling. Each system is studied and designed on the basis of some key principles: creating optimal comfort for the end user, ensuring easy installation and reduced maintenance as well as significant energy savings.

KI-AIR QUALITY

Air quality is a priority in a KIBE building and is guaranteed by the Ki-AIRQUALITY device. The system is composed of a controlled mechanical ventilation machine (VMC) and a photocatalytic sanitizer, a technology that was born in the aerospace sector. The VMC is controlled and regulated via an air quality reader supplied in order to always maintain the perfect internal conditions. The sanitisation device mounted upstream of the ventilation machine guarantees the purification of the VMC pipes and all the surfaces of the rooms, eliminating: bacterial loads, mold, fine dust and odors.
